Water retaining box for use with 25mm Pipe
Used in rooms with high humidity. Inserted into the sampling pipe before DTB 25 PC (when used), any types of dust filters (when used) and ASD.

The Water Retaining Box standard is used as an accessory part for aspirating smoke detector SecuriRAS® in areas with high air humidity to prevent false alarms and to increase the lifespan of the smoke sensors substantially.
The water collector serves to separate humidity in the aspirated air. Smoke particles may pass through the water collector unhindered. Reliable and fast fire detection is thus ensured.
The Water Retaining Box standard is part of the suction pipe. The housing is made of polycarbonate, light grey paint (RAL 7035). The water collector can be opened via the 6 cover screws to be able to carry out cleaning during service work.
