Linear heat detection with OTDR technology and optical fiber is the ideal solution in critical environment.
Common application are:

The System DTS and optical fiber, is certified EN 54-22 so can be used for fire detection as specified on current italian norm UNI 9795/2013.
The DTS controller is also available in ATEX version.
DTS is total immune against electrical disturbances so is the ideal unit for temperature monitoring in high tension/frequency power lines.
DTS is very reliable and has a MTBF is >20 years .
Main technical specifications
- 4 zone with a maxim light of 10 Km each.
- Flexible configuration as loop, full redundancy or sigle ended optical fiber
- Laser class 1M certified.
- Sensor cable: multimodal optical fiber 50/125μ available in two different type of construction: reinforced aramid cord cable or armored stainless steel cable.
- 43 + 1 output relays fully programmable (connector SUB44).
- 4 programmable inputs.
- MODBUS TCP-IP.
- USB input for programming .
- Certified VdS EN54-22.
- UL approved and FM listed.
- On request is available a version ATEX Ex I (M2) Ex II (1) GD.
